Working with Tim was smooth from start to finish. He was at my house two days after i met with him taking pictures with his own drone and camera. He had done real estate photography full time before becoming a realtor. Several friends commented on how good the photos were when they looked at my listing on Zillow. He was happy with the condition of my house and did not pressure me into fixing things. He listed my house, hosted an open house, and sold it in two days for $38k over asking. Tim did an excellent job working and negotiating through a difficult and sometimes frustrating process. The USDA home buying is very strict but he managed to get things done. Also always available for questions . Always returned calls and responded to text messages. Im on a property that checked all the boxes for me .
