Tim did an excellent job working and negotiating through a difficult and sometimes frustrating process. The USDA home buying is very strict but he managed to get things done. Also always available for questions . Always returned calls and responded to text messages. Im on a property that checked all the boxes for me . So definitely recommend him for a positive home buying experience.

Tim was amazing to work with. My wife and I were first-time home buyers so the process was intimidating at first but Tim facilitated the process by encouraging our questions and always educated us without a hint of condescension. Whenever we buy/sell a house in the future we will definitely be using Tim again!

Tim was outstanding in both roles as buyer?s and seller?s agent. Informative, personable and very knowledgeable.he went above and beyond in many ways, including negotiating through some challenges. He is the one you want on your side!

Working with Tim was smooth from start to finish. He was at my house two days after i met with him taking pictures with his own drone and camera. He had done real estate photography full time before becoming a realtor. Several friends commented on how good the photos were when they looked at my listing on Zillow. He was happy with the condition of my house and did not pressure me into fixing things. He listed my house, hosted an open house, and sold it in two days for $38k over asking. What else can you ask for ?

We tried to buy last summer but we?re priced out during the hot market. We were committed to buying in the Russell neighborhood and Tim kept our name in mind when a listing came up recently. We were so appreciative of Tim?s timeliness, professionalism, and help. He didn?t forget about us and was always available when we had questions/concerns. Knowledgeable, diligent, honest, and kind. I highly recommend Tim!
