She worked tirelessly to prepare the condo and then continually reached out to connect us with potential buyers. Given that we were both out of state during the entire process we relied heavily on Tiffany to use her local contacts to solve problems as they arose. She arranged for an excellent yet reasonably priced painter, cleaning service, stager, photographer, and repair service during the course of the sale. Tiffany always offered us options, answered our questions promptly, shared her opinion when asked, and wholly supported our decisions once made. The staging was first rate and the photos stunning. If we had it to do all over again, there is no question that we would call Tiffany.

ZillowVERIFIED As I was tasked with selling property owned by a recently deceased family member, I feel lucky to have found Tiffany. She worked very hard and compassionately, doing not only what?s expected of an agent, but, as I live thousands of miles from Portland, going so far as to arrange for repairs, meet with repairmen, and schedule collection of an appliance going to a charity. To keep me in the loop, she even sent me a picture of the pick up as it happened, followed by the donation receipt. Being out of state I am grateful for Tiffany?s work, attention, and patience as traveling across country to handle these things myself would have been a great burden for me and my family. ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany Shleifer is the best ever. Since I was a first time home buyer I really had no clue what I was doing. I originally had called two other agents leaving messages about homes I was interes ted in but after two days of not even a returned phone call or e-mail I contacted Tiffany who immediately got back to me and began making me feel as though I was her number one client. Within less than a half an hour she had sent me numerous listings to get an idea of what I was looking for. Not only was she completely proactive in figuring out what I wanted she thoroughly educated me in how to read into a listing so we would not be wasting time looking at houses that I would not be interested in. I needed a place as fast as possible and she completely matched the energy I was putting into finding a place. She returned every call or e-mail within minutes and would communicate with me constantly making me feel completely cared for. With in a month she introduced me to Jerry Wilson an excellent and experienced mortgage broker, found a home for me that I love, worked out all the paperwork and closed three days early from the initial closing date so I was able to get an extra weekend of moving in. What was great about Tiffany is the fact that I really feel she was sincere in wanting to help me and creative in her approach doing so. I would highly recommend choosing her you will not go wrong if you do.

ZillowVERIFIED The summer of 2015 could have been grueling as we searched for a new and very long-term (forever?) home for ourselves, our dogs, our cat, our 2 old horses, and our huge store of books. But Tiffany was great and helped smooth the otherwise bumpy way. Tiffany listens, and offers good advice based on real-life knowledge. She's encouraging and full of energy. She was flexible and tolerant of our sometimes conflicting criteria. We weren't sure whether we wanted a place in the country or in town. Tiffany helped us get into the houses that were of interest, helped us stay grounded in the "real" as opposed to the ideal, and responded wicked fast to every communication from us and from the realtors representing sellers. In the end, after looking at many possible homes, we found the perfect one. Tiffany helped negotiate an excellent deal for us, and we are so happy we can hardly believe it.
