Teleka is a good listener. She understood our vision and did a great job lining up properties for us to see. She made excellent suggestions throughout the buying process and connected us with the best contacts in the area (mortgage, inspector, repair contractors). You will not find a nicer, more pleasant agent to work with.

Teleka was very professional through the entire buying process. She was very helpful in the negotiations of a final price . She also helped with the local soil test we needed (we were purchasing property only) and currently live 2 hours away from Blairsville. The closing atty , seller, and buyer were not local to Blairsville and she managed that seamlessly. Definitely 5 star.

Teleka was very persistent and very well organized to sell my property (a piece of land). I am remote to the property and didnt even have to go out there once. Teleka always stayed in touch about the progress and required input from me. Highly recommended.

We were Teleka?s first clients and for being new, did a wonderful job. She was very responsive and if she didn?t know the answer, she would research and get right back to us. Being from out of state, she even cleared leaves before our walk through. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor with local knowledge of the area.
