Teleka was very professional through the entire buying process. She was very helpful in the negotiations of a final price . She also helped with the local soil test we needed (we were purchasing property only) and currently live 2 hours away from Blairsville. The closing atty , seller, and buyer were not local to Blairsville and she managed that seamlessly. Definitely 5 star.
