One of her greatest strengths was her ability to understand and recognize her clients expectations. I was not disappointed. From our initial communication, she demonstrated confidence in the process, from preparation and marketing of the property to the final negotiations. To be sure, there were some bumps along the way, but in each instance, her ability to find solutions resulted in our being able to move forward. For instance, Tatiana demonstrated seasoned negotiation skills, calmly guiding me through a process that I found overwhelming at times. When there was a last-minute, unexpected requirement from the buyers lender, her reaction was very solution oriented. She demonstrated urgency in outlining a way forward then followed through on the final work needed, meeting contractors and wrapping up details with several parties, to ensure we crossed the finish line. I would recommend Tatiana and happily work with her again!
