Tara was very professional and knowledgeable. She listed the property on Monday August 1, 2022 and by that afternoon she already had 2 offers. By Friday August 5th we had a contract and we closed on Thursday September 8, 2022. I am very pleased with the communication between Tara and myself. She promptly kept me informed and if I had a question she responded right away, regardless of the time of day or night.(I don't think she sleeps)

We came to Georgia from South Carolina so trying to find house online and send our likes to her and then Mrs. Tara sending us what she found I thought was going to be difficult but she made it very easy. Only after a week of sending each other properties we only had that weekend to find a house and after looking at all the houses none of them really met all with what we were looking for and then Mrs. Tara worked her magic and got us in to see a house at the last part of the day and we had found our as soon as we walked in. Mrs. Tara is willing to go to bat for who she is working with and never disappoints! I would recommend Mrs. Tara to anyone who is buying a house or property 100%.

She spent time with us looking for a home and if we would not have be able to get a contract on a home before we had to return to our home at that time, I would have been confident she would do a walk through for me as she knew what we wanted and what was non negotiable in a new home. She is knowledgeable about the area. She listens. She made sure to do our walk through as we were unable. She helped us negotiate our contract and was present for the locks to be changed after closing (we were not here) and her assistant accepted our car that was shipped as it arrive a day before we got there. I plan to continue working with Tara on future real estate deals.

I was looking at some houses on Zillow, I sent a message with questions about one house, she called me back right after. She asked me a bunch of questions, and starting the same day I received a daily list of houses based on our wish list. We did a first virtual tour with her (thank you Facetime!) for a house we liked, the day after we decided to put an offer but Tara had find out that many other offers were posted and the price was going up over what we had planned. We went to virtually tour another house that we didn't like and then she told us about another house the just came on the market. We organized the virtual tour, we liked it, we put an offer the day after and with her help and knowledge of the seller realtor, the offer was accepted. We didn't finish there with Tara. We have been in constant contact with her throughout the whole purchasing process, and she managed some communication between us and the seller. She even help us to find a place to sleep the night we arrived in Georgia. The morning after she welcomed us for a quick tour of the house before we went to sign a thousand pages to complete the purchase. At the end, Tara gave us a binder full of useful information about the house, all the utilities company we needed to contact and many other things. Not done! She has been available even after providing names of some companies for services we needed. She know how to manage her customers, how to make them happy, paying attention even on little things. My fiancA(C) and I had no idea what we were doing we just knew that we wanted to find a place that we would love. Tara told us right from the start what kind of market we were dealing with. She didn't sugar coat anything when it came to what she thought we could or couldn't afford. From about the second or third encounter with us she had already started picking up on our interests. Before we would see a house she would say " I know your going to like this one". To me that was important because it made me feel like she took the time to listen and learn about the things we wanted in a home. I also loved the fact that she did not rush us at all. When we saw a house that Tara could tell we weren't 100% sure of she would tell us not to rush into it and to take our time. She told me from the beginning " When you walk into your house you will know its the one". She just treats you like family and she makes you feel secure. Tara Robinson is the most unprofessional agent I know in real estate. After I decided not to go through with the sale on my house. I was disrespected, they tried to intimidate me with lawyers, they would not give me the key to my house back. I literally had to wait a week for them to finally ask me for my address then another week to receive it. I did not mail them the key so why would they mail it to me?!?!I would never ever in life use ReMax again! Use any other real estate company but ReMax! Please search other reviews to see other people's rudeness and disrespect we all received! Hell will freeze over before I try to do business with Tara or ReMax!!
