David is a joy to work with. He provides honest opinion but respects the seller wishes, very easy to get along with. He has fantastic tools, namely a 360 camera and a drone, and he uses them well. He answers phone calls promptly and he always has the answer at hand or researched. Proof of his competence is he had an offer on the house in 1 week and sold by then end of the month! I have been recommending David since I met him and I will continue to do so.

You will not find a more dedicated, hard working, and committed real estate agent than Dave Rotundo. I initially attempted to sell the home on my own, without an agent. Little did I know how hard it would be. After a few months and with only a couple of showings, I knew that I would need some help, and Dave was ready and waiting to help. A lot of hard work and preparation took place on the front end in order to sell my home. Dave took a full photo shoot of the home, made elaborate brochures and booklets, hosted multiple open houses, and advertised heavily through social media and real estate websites. I can not say enough about the dedication that Dave exhibited during the entire process. He was a great asset, a wealth of knowledge, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to sell their home.

My agent, David Rotundo, is a very hard working, highly committed, and very knowledgeable agent. My aEURoehome sellingaEUR? experience with him was so extraordinary that I felt I needed to share with the public and complete this post. I just met him during this selling experience and now call him my friend. I cant stress enough how pleased I was using him as my agent. First off, David walked through the house with me and we discussed every detail that was needed to make the house the most marketable it could be. He then set up shop and used his fancy camera equipment to make a complete inside and outside virtual tour of everything you could imagine. The virtual tour of my home was amazing and extremely professional for no extra charge. Second, he then reached out to all of the appropriate marketing web sites to make sure the home was viewed by the most substantial number of people possible for this area and beyond. Immediately, I had many offers on my home to choose from. Once the offers started coming in, he explained to me in detail the differences, weighing out the pros and cons, and can I say he spent late evenings and weekends working with me to make sure that I understood each option thoroughly. During the entire process, David was completely committed to me and always available to answer any questions that I had at any time of the day. Lastly he assisted me with the paperwork prior to closing and supported me through the entire closing process explaining every detail as needed. David went above and beyond to make sure that my selling experience was the best that it could be. My home sold faster than I ever imagined and I thank you David for the hard work that you put in! My family decided to return back to our home town so that we could be closer to our family and friends. We reached out to Dave about selling our home in Pooler, Georgia in mid-May, 2016. He immediately set up an appointment with my husband and I and got the ball rolliing! He worked diligently in not only making this experience a smooth one for us (as we had recently added an addition to our family) but made it fun and easy in every way possible. During the first meeting, he set a goal for himself and our family that he would work hard have our home sold before mid-July, which in return would be perfect timing for us. He scheduled an open-house in our home at least once every weekend to promote our to those who couldn't visit during the weekdays and always brought refreshments to help make us and the visitors feel welcome. He offered many great tips and suggestions in helping us sell our home that in return sealed the deal?? Thankfully, due to his time and dedication our home sold within two half months and very close to the price that we were asking!
