I found a condo on-line that I wanted to see on a Friday afternoon and put in a request to see it. Tammy called me and I saw the condo that evening. She had all the paperwork ready on Saturday morning to put in our offer. We had a few bumps in the road because of the appraisal coming in lower than the offer, but she was always right on top of everything and quick to respond to my needs!! We will soon be moving to our new home thanks to Tammy!!! Her diligence and perseverance was way beyond what I have ever experienced and was greatly appreciated! ZillowVERIFIED Tammy listed my lots for sale and did not make any effort to sell them, she promised that she will contact different builders and real estate agents to try to sell the lots, she never contacted anyone and she even ignored my calls and requests for updates, looks like she took the listing of lots just to include them on her listings page for show more then real work. She wants easy transaction where she sells and not putting real effort in making a sale happen. Very disappointed.

She assured us that she would do everything possible to sell our home. Tammy was always available to answer our questions and responded to our calls and emails in a very timely manner. Tammy went over and above what we expected during the selling process, even producing a bound information booklet for potential buyers to have during showings that included information about our home, as well as, the surrounding neighborhood and community. Our home sold within 3 months and she made sure the process was painless. She uses the most up to date technology including Cam Scan to make the signing of all the endless documents so easy and convenient for busy sellers who are not always available to make the trip to the office for signatures. ZillowVERIFIED Buying a house was incredibly stressful and I know I couldn't have gotten the perfect house that I did without Tammy. Tammy was more than a realtor she was a friend who helped guide me through the whole process and I mean the WHOLE process. Tammy helped me weed through the houses on the market, got me in to the ones I wanted to see on the same day we found them, helped me make the right offer, and once my offer was accepted recommended fabulous people for all of the inspections and then stayed with me until closing. Tammy was always honest and never pushy. It was nice to have a realtor who was willing to point out flaws in a house to make sure that I wasn't going to have any surprises. When the mortgage company was creating issues Tammy helped me work with them to get to closing by the date we needed to. Tammy was always available (evenings and weekends) to answer my questions or just let me vent about the process. Tammy would even randomly call to check on me and make sure I was ok and felt comfortable with where we were in the process. Tammy is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house. She was the highlight of my whole home buying experience. If I ever decide to move and sell my house I will again be calling on Tammy and her incredible expertise and friendly demeanor.
