When it was time to find our "forever home", we contacted Beth on the recommendation of a friend who had just bought a home and sold theirs through her. Beth came to our home and we sat down and she detailed the whole buying and selling process. I didn't understand some of it, but it didn't matter because she is very professional and knowledgeable, yet easy to talk to, and I was confident in her from the first meeting. She was always available to answer questions through text, phone, or email. I know we were not her only clients, but she always treated us like we were. She got us in to go see most properties the first day they were listed. She didn't try to sway our opinion when we went to look at a home, but she knows her stuff and if I asked her a specific question she would give her honest opinion, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. She also made sure everything was done by the book. A specific example would be the home we bought. The home inspection went great, only a couple of minor things needed to be fixed. When the question of a radon inspection came up we were told that the equipment would have to be set up in the basement and that would push everything back a few days. I said "why don't we just skip that", but Beth insisted that the house was going to be inspected for radon. Guess what? It was over the allowed limit, and Beth was able to negotiate a price reduction for more than what it cost to put in the radon mitigation system. She always had options for any situation, and on those rare occasions that she wasn't sure of the answer to my question, she found out and got back with me the same day. After Beth helped us buy our new home, she sold our home that we had been living in for 25 years with the same professional attitude, knowledge, and determination that went in to the buying process. She made some suggestions of things we could improve to make the sale go smoothly, things that we didn't even notice after living there for so long. She was there for us up until the day we closed, and we still are in contact. She is an honest, knowledgeable, hard working real estate professional who will go above and beyond for you. I also had fun teasing her from time to time!
