One transaction I’m especially proud of involved helping a seller navigate a situation that had several moving parts and a lot of stress attached to it. The home had some HOA-related concerns come up late in the process regarding exterior structures and documentation, right as we were approaching closing. Situations like that can easily cause buyers to panic or deals to fall apart if communication and problem-solving are not handled carefully. Instead of letting emotions take over, I focused on staying proactive and solution-oriented. I worked closely with all parties involved to gather documentation, provide clarification, and keep communication open between the seller, buyer, and HOA. We addressed concerns quickly, stayed organized, and made sure everyone understood the steps being taken to move things forward. At the same time, I continued guiding the seller through preparation, negotiations, and buyer expectations while helping reduce their stress during what could have become an overwhelming situation. In the end, the transaction stayed together, the client felt supported throughout the process, and we were able to keep momentum toward closing rather than allowing the deal to stall. What made the experience meaningful to me was not just the sale itself, but knowing my client trusted me to navigate a difficult situation and advocate for them every step of the way. Transactions like that remind me that real estate is not just about contracts and houses—it’s about helping people through major life moments with professionalism, communication, and persistence.

I got started in real estate because I’ve always enjoyed working with people, helping solve problems, and building relationships. I have a strong background in sales and management, along with over 20 years of experience in healthcare sales, which has helped me develop strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. I also hold a BSN, which taught me attention to detail, professionalism, and how to stay calm and organized in high-pressure situations. In addition to real estate, I have nearly three decades of experience as a volunteer firefighter and EMT, including leadership roles. That experience strengthened my ability to problem-solve quickly, communicate effectively, and guide people through stressful situations with confidence and compassion—skills that are incredibly valuable during real estate transactions.
