Nakia is the literally the best possible person to run into if you are seriously looking to purchase a home. Nakia is extremely knowledgeable not just about homes and properties but also the entire process of purchasing one from start to finish on all fronts not just the realtor side. She is great at finding properties, presenting properties and is a great negotiator. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, anything she does not have an answer to immediately, she finds the answer in timely fashion. She is very easy to get a hold of and responds quickly via text or call. Tammy is awesome! We wanted to sell or rent our home as quickly as possible and Tammy and her team got right on it! The market wasn't great for selling but we still got a lot of showings with all of the advertising and ended up with alot of rental applications! Tammy made this process so easy and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a quick sale or wants to rent until those interest rates drop!
