ZillowVERIFIEDI doubted Debbie's assessment of what my property would bring. There was much discussion and she was very optimistic and confident of the market. I still doubted her. Because of her knowledge of the area and the market, she was very successful in obtaining a price for my property way above what I could only hope for. Debbie approached the sale like she would her own not just in it for an income. This is the second time I have sought the expertise of Atcheson and Associates and would recommend them to anyone and would seek their expertise yet a third time.

Debbie was very patient with us, happily showing us houses and letting us know as soon as something came on the market that might be a possibility for us. I was ready to sell my house and with all the positive reviews I had read, I decided to list it with Debbie and Steve Atcheson. Within 5 weeks they had a contract on my house and it was sold!!!!
