Atcheson & Assoc., Realtors

I feel that Steve and Deborah Atcheson went above and beyond what other realtors do. They were most helpful with all of my needs. They treated me like a family member, yet were very professional. I would recommend their services and would use them again if the need came up.

Debbie and Steve Atcheson are a perfect team. We relocated to the area at a time when the housing inventory was fairly low. Debbie was very patient with us, happily showing us houses and letting us know as soon as something came on the market that might be a possibility for us. Once we found the right house, Debbie and Steve's knowledge of the area and local businesses saved us a lot of money going into closing. They went above and beyond helping us make the best decisions for our situation. Moving is always a pain, but the Atchesons made our move so much smoother. If you're looking for a friendly, honest, market-savvy realtor who will look out for your best interests, give the Atchesons a call!

Great realtor and even greater person. Kept us uptodate throughout the selling process and kept our spirits up turning the highs and lows of the process. Fun and energetic. Very knowledgeable. Would use Debbie Atcheson again.

I doubted Debbie's assessment of what my property would bring. There was much discussion and she was very optimistic and confident of the market. I still doubted her. Because of her knowledge of the area and the market, she was very successful in obtaining a price for my property way above what I could only hope for. Debbie approached the sale like she would her own not just in it for an income. This is the second time I have sought the expertise of Atcheson and Associates and would recommend them to anyone and would seek their expertise yet a third time.

Debbie was amazing! She got a contract on our home very quickly. She is very customer service oriented as she is always friendly and prompt to return phone calls. She was also very organized. We just appreciate her so much and recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.
