We have 2 children. Our son works as a Director of Nursing, our daughter Maria works as a teacher, and we have 3 lovely grand daughters.Both are involved in volunteer work and sports.

Steve and Meriam listed our home. Meriam contacted us as an expired listing. They came well prepared, calm, confident and service oriented. Their backgrounds (as an Accountant and healthcare0 contributed to our feelings of being at ease with themselves and us. The photographer they had put together a very flattering presentation with a 3Dimentional option that was a virtual walkthrough. The listing description was very nicely composed and coincided with our version of our home. Steve and Meriam pushed our listing out via multiple media and online channels. It worked beyond our greatest imagination. Between a very busy open house and other independent visits, there were in excess of over 30 showings in 48 hours resulting in two very solid above asking price offers. Steve kept up to date throughout the process, no surprises. To say we were pleased would be an understatement. Meriam and Steve, thank you so much for guiding us through this journey.
