Kevin and his team did a phenomenal job in guiding us through the process of selling our house. There is a lot to do when selling - getting it ready, having access to contractors/vendors, knowing how to price effectively in the current market, knowing how to market it, getting it staged... the list goes on an on. Can you do it yourself? Maybe - but having a realtor and team that knows exactly how to do all of that effectively and efficiently took SO much of the load off of us as sellers. We've sold houses before and it's a huge deal and a very stressful time. But Kevin and team made it easy on us. Kevin came out and toured the place and listened to our concerns and what was important to us. We wanted to move quickly and not risk being stuck with a house on the market (something we had experienced several times). Kevin made great recommendations on how to price the house in the current market, told us what we should do (and shouldn't do), and then arranged everything for us. The only thing we had to do was approve things - Kevin discussed everything with us, listened to our input, and then took care of it all. Vendors and contractors showed up and did everything except move us. Kevin and his team even arranged very low cost financing during the process so that we didn't have to come up with money out of pocket - it simply got settled at closing time. The most amazing part is that Time was the most important aspect to us. We were willing to negotiate on the sale price in exchange for speed. Kevin helped us pick a price that was still a good price, but that he believed would sell quickly. He said he'd have it listed in 4 weeks. His team got the place ready to go and listed a week earlier than they promised (3 weeks total). We listed on late Thursday, had an open house on Saturday, and had an accepted offer on Sunday. We never lowered the price and actually got a little over what we were expecting to get. Truly amazing. Kevin and his entire team were incredible to deal with. Everyone was friendly, polite, and a complete professional. They kept us informed at all times - we never had to guess about anything.
