I had made 2 offers in that time and lost out on both due to the market being the hardest for buyers right now. Both places sold in 24 hours or less with 9 offers each. Needless to say, I was getting a bit discouraged. On Friday I made my third attempt on a beautiful condo but I wasnt letting myself get excited anymore because of the previous outcomes.
