As first time home buyers, we are extremely grateful to have had someone like Steve guide us through the process. He always had our best interest in mind, was available at the drop of a dime when I wanted to do a last minute showing, gave his honest opinion about his objections to ensure my family and I were set up for a successful purchase, and with such an aggressive market when I would get discouraged he motivated us to not give up and in the end we found our perfect home for my family. I will continue to use Steve as our real estate advisor for all things and strongly encourage everyone else to do so as well!

I had been trying to purchase a home for eight months without success but got into my lovely home after changing realtors and working with John for only a week and a half. His knowledge of the current real estate market and his straightforwardness and honesty are some of the reasons that made it possible.

I really liked working with Jhon, very attentive throughout the process, he always resolved my concerns and was attentive at all times of the process. I felt very comfortable with him, since he worked in my language and that made me feel very comfortable.
