ZillowVERIFIED He made a complicated sale seem easy. Through complex repairs and tough negotiations he was always available, quick to respond and well-informed. He had multiple resources, experts, plumbers, contractors to confer with and get second opinions. Smart, Honest and straight forward without being harsh. Positive while being realistic. Just a nice person who is easy to work with. We are excited to work with him again. We would recommend him to everyone.We sold our house after moving to California. Selling a house is complicated enough without having to do it from another state. We had to get several major repairs done to the house before the bank would move forward. I was often calling stressed out trying to haggle with major construction and contractors from so far away. Stephen always picked up the call, managed directly with the contractors, drove to the house and even supervised the repairs. Above and beyond.
