I have done a lot of business with Stephen everytime I need to sell or buy a house, he makes the process smooth and easy! If I need to do any more business with property I will easily give this guy a call!

Stephen Boynton provided the best home buying and selling experience Ive ever had. From start to finish, he was responsive, professional, and truly invested in making the process as smooth as possible. My home sold in just one week, and the level of interest was incredible - we had so many showings it was almost hard to keep track, including one scheduled within just four hours of listing. That kind of momentum speaks directly to Stephens expertise, pricing strategy, and marketing approach. What truly set him apart was the strength of his network. Every partner he recommended - from the lender to the photographer to the inspector - was exceptional and played a key role in making the entire experience seamless. I would confidently recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, well-connected realtor who delivers outstanding results.

I had the pleasure of working with Stephen, and I can honestly say he made the entire home-buying process an incredible experience. From the start, Stephen was not only professional but incredibly kind and approachable. He responded to my questions almost immediately and always made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. No question was too small, and he created a safe space where I felt comfortable asking anything. His patience and dedication really stood out to me, and he worked hard to ensure I had all the information I needed to make the best decisions. Stephen went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. I truly appreciated his attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care. Highly recommend working with him!

Stephen Boynton sold our house in Moxee within the first week! We were a bit unsure where to set the price with the current market, but Stephen did a great job helping us find a reasonable number. Clearly he knew what he was doing since it moved so fast. If you want a realtor who gives you honest expectations and gets results, go with him.

Very pleasant experience working with Stephen. Answered any and all questions I had. Pointed out things I didnt realize, due to my inexperience. Helped make sure I was and will be pleased with my purchase.
