She has a special "nose" for solving problems and doing what it takes to enable a transaction. She was relentless with her pursuit of finding us the right home and spent many hours working on our behalf with sellers to secure us the perfect place. During the course of our search, we took Stephanie all over central Virginia searching for homes in Louisa and Spotsylvania counties. She always showed up with a smile on her face and a super pleasant "How are y'all?!" We cannot thank Stephanie enough for her dedication and steadfast resolve. Even when it looked as though a home purchase might not happen at this time and we might have to rent for a bit, Stephanie only worked harder to bring more houses to our attention and help us put more offers in. I should also add that when we first started seeing homes with Stephanie we were crossing the country on a multi-week road trip. She did a fantastic job of video chatting and showing us homes as we made our way to California and back to Virginia. Eventually, as we returned to Virginia, we went to see the house we would eventually call home. When we first met Stephanie in person we had been on the road many weeks and the kids were restless after many hours in the car. It would take two more months after this visit before we were finally able to secure and have accepted, our offer on that house. Stephanie also worked in a pre-purchase move-in so that we could get out of the month-to-month rental we had been staying in when we first moved to the area.
