I worked with Stephanie on the buy side of a land transaction in Louisa. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a special "nose" for solving problems and doing what it takes to enable a transaction. Our deal had some rather complicated issues that most brokers would have shied away from dealing with; rather, Stephanie helped marshal the right people, recommend the best process and made herself available around the clock to work until the problems were taken care of. These are the things that make a broker a cut above the rest. I would recommend any day working with Stephanie on any side of a real estate transaction as I certainly plan to do in the future.

Linda was great! Make it very simple and easy for us.She was on top of everything from the start.I would highly recommend her.

Stephanie was amazing with handling a very difficult sell on my property! The property had been on and off the market for over 3 years and I was starting to loose hope it would ever sell! Stephanie never gave up! She had road maintenance agreements and right away dug up from years ago and had them verified making my life easier when buyers came looking! She dealt with my difficult neighbors very professionally and was always level headed! I would 10/10 recommend Stephanie to anyone!

Stephanie handled the sale of our property in Goochland. We live several hours away, and so she had to deal with a number of issues that we couldn't handle due to the distance. She was the perfect mix of patient and pushy! She knew local contractors to get stuff done. We really appreciated that. Thank you!
