I Thought I wanted a condo...maybe a townhome...I didn't want a house, or at least I thought I didn't want a house. Basically, I didn't know what I wanted. Keep in mind that I live out of state and was reluctant to face the struggle that was going to be selling my old residence. I called Stephanie and we discussed what she thought the property was "worth", which was more than I expected. So I told her I needed to think about it and would be in touch, well she called me the next day and said I have you a full price offer, assuming you still want to list it. She first helped us find a rental home when we relocated to Atlanta from Charlotte in 2013, then she helped us evaluate and negotiate an off-market deal on a house we were able to put under contract (fell through, seller side complications), then helped us find, negotiate a great price on, and close on a great home we moved into in October 2014. She was responsive for day one and effectively a blind call and quickly earned our trust and loyalty. I could already tell from my first sit down with her that she knew what she was doing, and would give it to me straight. We had such a fun time as well, setting the stage of what would become a fantastic working relationship.Stephanie and I spent about 2 weeks looking for a Condo in the Buckhead area, during which time she always came by my house to pick me up and drive us around town. Stephanie does not mess around, and is very fast with her showings, which was great considering I was taking time off work to view homes and needed all the time I could spare. We were in and out with enough time to visit multiple places and reflect on what we saw.When it came to the Condo I wanted, we saw it first thing in the morning, then visited another 6 or so places, then came back to that first Condo later that evening. Because of Stephanie's speediness, we were able to get in our offer first. Stephanie also played a huge role in determining a good offer. Not too low to scare them off, and not to high to not get a good counter offer. Finally, just recently, she was our agent for the purchase of our new home. Both my wife and I are busy people and have unbelievably tight schedules.
