I would never use anyone other than Stephanie McGarity to buy or sell a home in the Atlanta area! She helped us find our first dream home and then sell it just two years later when we found ourselves moving out of state. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I had a lot of requests, but not a lot of experience, and Stephanie thought of everything we didnt! She took our requests, but also knew what to look for and what advice to give. She found the perfect home for us, and helped us negotiate to reach an agreement with the buyers. When we had to sell our home, we moved out of state before everything was finalized, and Stephanie was an absolute life saver! She is incredibly well-connected and was able to make recommendations for repairs, contact people to come out on short notice, and much more. She was more than happy to host open houses and realtor showings to make our house more visible on the market. Selling a house can be difficult when youre not in town, but Stephanie handled everything that came our way. Stephanie takes pride in what she does, and that professionalism shows through all of her interactions with both clients and potential buyers. She is responsive, professional, and organized. My husband and I have truly enjoyed getting to know Stephanie over the last few years, and our personal relationship with her made the home-buying and selling process so much better. Stephanie is the absolute best. She's managed a property for me, sold a home in a difficult area at a difficult time, and even went to court with me to evict a tenant. Finally, just recently, she was our agent for the purchase of our new home. Both my wife and I are busy people and have unbelievably tight schedules. Often times we wouldn't know when we would be free to see a listing and would have to call Stephanie at the last moment. Every time, she made a way for a showing of the property we wanted to see. In fact, she was very responsive in every aspect of the process. She kept us motivated, upbeat, and didn't let us get discouraged. If it we weren't represented by Stephanie, I'm not sure we would have found this house, because we probably would have given up long ago. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and diligent. She has to be one of the best agents in Atlanta, if not the best.
