ZillowVERIFIED If you need a realtor who is knowledgeable about the process and is sure to guide you from the beginning to the closing Steve is your guy. Our lender Doug Huston referred us to Steve. We had the sense that he was knowledgeable about the process, he knew the houses, he understood unique issues with building systems (heating, air-conditioning make and model, roofing, plumbing systems etc.) and structural integrity of buildings. Above all he was professional on all occasions. He took time to explain to why he wouldnt advise us to bid on the house even though we fell in love with the house. Coming from African where most of our buildings are made of cement blocks, we couldnt decide on what we wanted but he was patient with us and made the process seamless for us with no surprises. My wife and I highly recommend you reach out to him if you are in the market to purchase a home!
