Stephanie is a leader in her field. She is knowledgeable and experienced and is the person to trust with your real estate transactions. If you are buying or selling in VA Beach she is the go to person.

Hiring Erin as our real estate agent was the best decision we ever made!! She worked hard to find us our dream home, she's very responsive, communicative, and helpful. On top of being the perfect realtor professionally, she also has the most lovely demeanor and personality. She is a true JOY to work with! I was nervous because my husband was deployed, but she made the entire buying process so fun and special. We love Erin and cannot recommend her enough!!

I cant recommend Sean enough! He was my realtor for the sale of my condo and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. There were a lot of moving parts and quite a few things that came up along the way, and he was always on top of everything and helped me navigate and manage it all. Sean is extremely personable, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. He was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and help however he could. Having someone I trusted throughout the process made such a difference, and I'm so grateful for everything he did to make the experience as easy as possible. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Stephanie and team did a great job selling our condo. It had been on the market for a while (with a different agency) and she came in with a fresh take and staged it to get it sold. Constant communication throughout the whole process. She understood the market and what we needed to do to get it sold. Great experience!

Greg was the ABSOLUTE BEST! There was nothing from the beginning to the end of the process that he wasn't 100% the right person to handle the situation. Greg was like the master giving a class on everything that came up along the way. I did not know Greg previous to when he was asked to be my agent at the walk through then the inspection. We are greatly appreciative to have been the beneficiaries of his vast experience and tremendous creativity. It was a blessing to have Greg be our agent! I repeat GREG IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
