ZillowVERIFIED If we could give Stacey and Alex 10 stars we would! This is our first vacation rental / 2nd home, and we purchased a beautiful condo in South Kihei. Being in CA and doing a transaction so far from home can seem a bit stressful, and the market in Hawaii is very different which Stacey and Alex know VERY well. The responsiveness we got both during our search (even when we were "window shopping" and not ready to buy) has been FABULOUS. Honestly, with the 3 hour time difference I have no idea as to when these poor people sleep answering texts messages and emails at all hours of the day / night. They even recommended a property manager who has also been knowledgeable, attentive, and we hope that we are in a position to work together again in the future. Mahalo!

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Stacey to inquire about a Letter of Opinion that I wanted regarding a Time Interval that I own at The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach. She was very helpful even though it was immediately clear that I would not be a customer since she did not participate in time share sales. Regardless, she spent a significant amount of time with me, explaining the data that she was going to send, how to review it and what to look for. She listened carefully to my questions and if she was unable to assist me, referred me to professionals in the field with whom she had previously worked or had high opinions of through her years of in the industry. I found the opinions and recommendations she made to be sound and worthwhile. She was polite, enthusiastic and did not talk down to me though it was clear that I was untutored in the business at hand. It may sound silly but her vocabulary was fun, using words like "plethora" and "clever" which, as a general rule, are non-existent in conversations these days. I felt I was talking to someone who was devoted to helping others, educated and who knew her business. I will definitely call her again should I have any realtor needs in the future. First, she provided us with a massive amount of very detailed information to allow us to learn about the neighborhood and each of the properties we were considering in order to make our decision. I've never heard of an agent who provided as much thorough and detailed documentation as Stacey did for us. Secondly, we had an extremely challenging travel schedule due to business, so anything that required our in person presence had to carefully planned.
