I had an amazing experience working with Simona, so much so I'd call her a friend. She was a great communicator and patient w me and all my questions. She was very responsive when I called and or replied right back. She was a great support and knowledgeable about the area and surrounding areas . It was a pleasure to work with her .

Kevin and I were the buyers who found Simona when looking for an agent in Southern Oregon, Grants Pass area. What a find with her. She was very personable, really listened to what we were looking for in a home, and made suggestions that we found very helpful. The whole process of looking, finding and buying our home was about 6 weeks in total and it was a very smooth process. We highly recommend Simona for either the buyer or selling process.

Simona really helped us buy a home in Grants Pass, Oregon. With us being out of state, we felt more stress navigating the process from far away, but Simona made it easier by providing referrals to people she trusted, working within our time line of visiting the state, and answering all of our questions via text or call. She was knowledgeable about how the current market was operating, better ways to manage sellers and the contracts, and how to maximize our needs being met. She was very friendly and a good communicator. Message her for your needs.

I am a Veteran working with a VA loan and Simona helped me buy a home in Medford. She also went out of her way to stay in contact with me through the entire process, as well as even taking measurements for appliances! I highly recommend working with her!
