Terry Wise & Associates

Alissa was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions timeously. She always went the extra mile to help us navigate our journey of being first time homebuyers. Whilst very professional, Alissa was also empathetic to any worry and/or concerns that arose during this time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy their forever home.

Carrie and her team helped in getting a quick close. I would recommend her team if you're interested in selling or buying. They helped in getting a few things ready for sale. They also helped getting things tidied up after home inspection.

We first worked with Carrie back in 2020 when we purchased our very first home. We were from out of state, which meant we could not be on-site for many of the important steps in purchasing a home, including the first walkthrough, inspections, and picking up the keys. Carrie did all the work and got us the home, even with the competition, despite multiple offers. Over the past 5-6 years in Washington, we have had her help sell our first and second homes. For the first home we purchased and sold with her, we were again offsite due to travel, and she took care of everything flawlessly. The second home sale was a struggle due to competition in the neighborhood, but Carrie helped us every step of the way, even going above and beyond to ensure our home sold before the slow season. I just want to thank Carrie for helping us through the various stages of our home transition. Although we have moved to another state, we will still keep you in mind in case we change direction again.

Integrity, Professionalism, and excellent communication skills that produce results. Carrie Johnson did a phenomenal job selling our home. Prior to listing, she provided valuable advice on where to focus our efforts in preparation for listing. Her well established team leveraged their professional network to maximize our homes highlights to other realtors and investors. Carrie has excellent listening skills and was consistently responsive to all questions and kept us well informed throughout the process. We received a full price offer within 2 weeks and strongly recommend Carries services. Total Rock Star.

Alissa has gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied as First Time Home Buyers and to advocate for us every step of the way! Communication 10/10. Friendliness and willing to help 10/0. Knowledge 10/10. And she keeps it real! No need to search any longer, youve found your girl! Trust me. She will GET THE JOB DONE.
