Pearl got me a great price for my home and expertly managed the preparation, marketing, and post-sale requirements. I am currently living out of state. There were many things that needed to be done before the house could be put on the market. I needed someone who was able to help me manage things from afar, was knowledgeable about the local area, and had relationships with local service providers. Pearl and Angus always provided multiple options and expert advice. They skillfully managed several projects and were always very responsive to my communications. Whether it was an estate sale, small repairs, floor and paint renovations, pre-sale staging or pre-closing inspection requirements, I was always pleased with the results. When a termite inspection was required, Pearl told me that they were less than completely satisfied with their usual provider. Angus and she sought out several other providers and recommended one to me. The price for the inspection and remediation was very reasonable and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. When the wood floor rehabilitation was being done, Angus was there to supervise the entire project. He suggested a small addition to the project and renegotiated the projects price in my favor. The newly finished floors definitely added value to the house and directly contributed to getting a higher selling price. Pearl developed a beautiful, professional, and comprehensive listing that generated a lot of interest. After conducting several open houses, we found ourselves entertaining multiple, competitive offers. Leveraging her expansive marketing and sales skills, we were able to quickly put the sale under contract and closed the deal within a few weeks. I was extremely impressed by and very grateful for the skills and expertise that Pearl brought to the table. Her attention to detail, devotion to excellence, and personable nature combined to turn a complex and difficult project into something that ended up being relatively simple and easy for me.
