It started in the fall of 2017. My husband and I were both recent graduates of law school and were hunting for our first property. By December, with a lot of luck and Dannys expertise, we were able to buy our first property- a beautiful 1350 sq foot townhouse with an attached garage in a tree lined street with high ceilings and views that made us feel like we were in lake arrowhead and not in LA minutes away from the 210 freeway. As life got busier and our family grew, we knew it was time to part ways with this townhouse in search for a larger property. It took about 4-5 months from when we started talking about what we wanted, but the difficult buyers market (multiple offers, all cash offers, low inventory) prolonged the search. Daniel and John Hart real estate did a great job with the marketing materials for our house. He had three open houses over a week and got multiple offers and we sold quickly and at a good price. We were able to get a contingency offer on our house based on our finding a new house. oIn searching for our new house, Daniel was extremely helpful and went out of his regular geographical area about 15 miles many times. He sent many listings to us but also took suggestions from us for places we found on zillow of just wandering around that weren't on his listings. We ended up with a wonderful house /neighborhood close to my daughter's school and my work. Daniel was extremely responsive and always very helpful. He referred us to workmen/repair peole who were also very helpful and responsive. A day after we moved into the new house, the AC had an issue and he helped get a repair person here when the new home warranty company couldn't. He didn't just stop being available to us after Escrow closed. Daniel is very energetic, friendly & professional. I couldn't have asked for a better agent and will use him again in the future if we move again.

Daniel has been working in the industry for years and he has an amazing ability to not only find your perfect home but to also expertly navigate through the whole process starting with putting in the winning offer and all the way through closing the escrow with no issues. Not only was I able to find my perfect home, but Daniel helped me put in the right offer for the value of the property but strong enough that we got the seller to accept the offer actually before the scheduled open house on the property. Even before we actually found the property Daniel worked (what seems like) day and night searching the huge inventory all over Los Angeles. We visited many properties with Daniel and he does a great job assessing the properties for their flaws and/or outstanding features. I definitely felt like he knew exactly what he was doing through the search and beyond. Once the escrow was opened Daniel did an amazing job negotiating with the sellers and getting the inspection and appraisal all completed with no issues. He was on time which was a relief, considering he was the third realtor we interviewed and the ONLY ONE on time. We were very impressed by the amount of knowledge he had on our own home and neighborhood! He really knew our neighborhood really well and all its charm. He took a lot of notes when walking through the property with us and gave us a game plan for the sale. We only had to do one weekend of open houses and we had multiple offers. The escrow process was very smooth too, even though we had to sell this house to buy a new house. For our home search, he was aggressive but patient. He showed us at least 10-12 properties a week but didn't "sell" any of them to us. He spent more time pointing out faults and issues of properties and we absolutely loved that. We had run into a dozen real estate agents at open houses but he was the first one that made us feel like he was looking out for us and not his paycheck.
