ZillowVERIFIED Seti is an awesome real estate agent. Since 2006, Seti has helped list my Reston, VA Condo on rent and have always found a suitable tenant in less than 30 days from her wide network. Wait, this is not the reason I rate Seti the best in class real estate agent in Reston, VA. Due to personal circumstances - I was forced to list my Condo for Shortsale in 2018. Being in California and navigating through a Shortsale in Reston, Virginia was a daunting task. Yes, this is when Seti stepped up and went over and beyond her call of duty. Seti provided me with contacts for Shortsale Attorney to prep me for a potential legal battle and most importantly arranged a Shortsale company to take the day to day interaction with the bank for Shortsale. While representing as my Real Estate Agent, Seti successfully got suitable Buyers within 45 days of listing, but banks would always find ways to deny the Shortsale or at times the process would run out of time. There were times when Seti and ShortSale Company would collectively represent me in front of the bank deliberating how flawed the appraisal process was in a volatile Pandemic market conditions. Because 3rd party appraisal process would take sometimes between 6-8 weeks to get it in the system, as a result, the Buyers would leave the contract in frustrations. Seti recognized the urgency and would always have a suitable buyer ready. It reached a point where Seti was even willing to contribute a portion of her fees towards my closing as Banks | HOA were asking for outrageous contribution from Seller. Ofcourse, I would not have morally allowed that, but it was a great gesture from Seti which touched me the most. Long story short - Shortsale was successfully executed in August 2022. This has been a great learning for me, Shortsale company and Seti. We won because of Seti's flawless service and extended support.
