Kristine got our home sold in three weeks and helped us attain the sales value we needed. Her professionalism was super! She marketed our home, helped with the home inspection negotiations and looked out for us as the seller. When we first meet Kristine I was interviewing several realtors. She came fully prepared with comps and local knowledge. She was right on the mark with what we felt was our home value and what we wanted to list it for. Of the four realtors I interviewed she was the last one and we hired her that same evening as we were totally impressed with her knowledge, preparation and ease to talk with.
