Sean Gutmann

Sean has been a broker in Oregon for nearly a decade and is expanding her credentials to include Washington. After five years as a solo agent, she joined the team to enhance her ability to support buyers and sellers with even greater insight and collaboration. With a background in teaching, Sean brings a patient, empowering approach to real estate, prioritizing educating clients about the intricacies of the home buying and selling process. She specializes in relocation, having guided numerous buyers in their transition to the Portland Metro area--often through virtual tours and her local expertise. A committed advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, Sean is also dedicated to ensuring all individuals feel seen and supported as they navigate homeownership. Before entering real estate, Sean spent four years teaching on a military base in Japan, an experience that also led her to skate with the Tokyo Roller Girls--a reflection of her adventurous spirit and love for community. These days, outside of work, Sean is passionate about art, and although she primarily channels her creativity into painting, she is currently exploring ceramics under the guidance of a talented local artist.
