The quest for aEURoetheaEUR? perfect home can be daunting. I had the pleasure of working with Sean Gutmann during the summer and fall of 2019. She guided me through the home buying process. She was instinctively aware of the style of home I was looking for, neighborhood and budget. She was patient and understanding, she was always available when I was ready to view homes, she communicated well, so that I understood every step in the process. And now, I have the loveliest home and I couldnt be happier! I highly recommend Sean to any future home buyers.

Sean went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly helpful, resourceful, and knowledgeable. She listener and respected all of the things we wanted in a home. We completely trusted her and it completely paid off. The home she helped us buy is perfect for our family of three, 2 cats, and a future dog.
