ZillowVERIFIED Felt like he didnt care. Didnt answer questions. Didnt close with him. Hiring another company. He took over after another contractor for his office failed to get HOA packet for buyers. They didnt show up to closing and I had to have my attorney call the buyers realtor to find out what happened 24 hours after closing. no one called me. Scott promised he would save me money on my closing since this error happened. I believe this is why he really didnt care about selling my house fast. My house was on the market since 2/23 til 7/23.

This house set with other realtor for a year without a single contract and only a handful of showings. Within 30 days we had a dozen showings and a full price offer and closed another 45 days later. Can't recommend him enough.

ZillowVERIFIED We unfortunately listed our home for sale with Mr. Cleveland as well as a contract on the new home to be built with the builder he works closely with. There was very minimal effort to sell our home. While under contract, he and his builder accepted another buyers contract for the same lot that we had a down payment on. The other buyer was paying them a higher price. There were many other lots available in this neighborhood. It was difficult to get our down payment back that was supposed to be held in escrow. Mr. Cleveland made us sign a release before we were able to get our down payment back. He said he thought we would just buy another lot from him, however we said no thanks! We really didn't want to deal with him ever again and that we couldn't trust him.

ZillowVERIFIED Both my husband and I are very glad that we got Joan as our realtor. If it weren't for her many things could have gone wrong. She very strongly advised us to get certain tests done that many buyers pass up on. We got these tests done and it saved us thousands of dollars! If we did not do these before closing, we would have been responsible for fixing the issues (and one issue was health hazard that we probably would've never known about). She was very professional- and even funny! She was always on top of everything and on the phone making whatever happen so we could close in under 30 days. She always responded when we called or texted. I would HIGHLY recommend her as anyone's realtor as she is very knowledgeable and knows the market!
