Felt like he didnt care. Didnt answer questions. Didnt close with him. Hiring another company. He took over after another contractor for his office failed to get HOA packet for buyers. They didnt show up to closing and I had to have my attorney call the buyers realtor to find out what happened 24 hours after closing. no one called me. Scott promised he would save me money on my closing since this error happened. I believe this is why he really didnt care about selling my house fast. My house was on the market since 2/23 til 7/23.
