Within a few minutes of receiving the recommendation, Schyler got in touch with us, answered many questions about the process, emailed us helpful materials, and provided us with the next steps to take (i.e., pre-approval). We sat down and went over items we definitely wanted in a home, and things that we thought would be nice, but werent essential. Schyler worked hard to find what we were looking for in the area we were looking for a home and patiently showed us a number of homes until we found the perfect one. He demonstrated great knowledge of the area and showed grreat knowledge throughout the whole process, while making sure the sale stayed on track for the closing date. Schyler took charge, had a professional photographer come in to take pictures (he does this with all clients) and arranged the photos in an order that made sense - as if you were walking through the house as if on tour. Why other realtors dont do this is beyond me. Schyler and his team had every detail under control, he gave us helpful hints and encouragement throughout the process.
