Dan did a great job getting my house ready to sell. He was there every step of the way - from coordinating repair activities, scheduling / meeting subcontractors, and staging the home. More importantly, he was able to get the house sold quickly during a tight window of a few months that included Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years holidays.

When I asked him what we needed to do to put our home on the market, his immediate response was "Find a place to move to, pack up and go, and I'll handle the rest." That was music to my ears, as I knew some of the list already; and most of the things on the to-do list would have been difficult to live through because of the mess and/or disruption to daily living. Even though we moved out of state, Dan made sure to keep us up-to-date on the progress of projects. His knowledge of, and contacts with, the construction and renovation trades was invaluable.
