Meet Sam and Patti Occhiuto -- the husband-and-wife team behind The Brave Group. Their love for real estate started with their first home, a little duplex in Snohomish County, and quickly grew into flipping properties and developing their own projects. What began as a personal passion has grown into a business built on trust, strategy, and genuine connection. Sam brings over a decade of experience in sales, consulting, and negotiation, along with marketing and financial know-how from his days with JPMorgan Chase Bank. He's a straight-shooter who's not afraid to get hands-on when it comes to helping clients reach their goals. Patti has more than a decade of real estate experience and a deep understanding of the local market. She loves building relationships, getting to know her clients, and helping families find not just a house -- but a home that fits their lives. Together, they bring nearly 20 years of experience, a lot of heart, and a little bit of backyard board-game competitiveness. When they're not helping clients, you'll find them camping in North Idaho, exploring with their boys, Brave, Woods and Arrow, or hosting gatherings with friends.
