Before I give a review about our experience as their clients, we both have to claim how lovely Sam and Patti are as people. Its refreshing to have a (neighbor) friend so close by to have a great conversation with, enjoy topics like travel, economy and being parents. We have always loved how authentic and whole hearted they are. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our time in Washington. NOW, with that being said, we were blown away with our experience contracting them to sell our home! From our first meeting in their home with a TOP TIER presentation of services, market analysis's and then added in features & break downs of what they do with checklists/timelines - THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. It made our decision of price to sell our home, what we were going to contract them for and honestly the process seamless from that first meeting. In our experience we actually vacated the house and then had them help us contract services for painting, landscaping, cleaning and staging! It was breath taking to see the pictures listed and not to mention THE VIDEO! Once that was all done, for the home house they blasted the local region for the open house and we had 3 offers the first day, sold the house for $10k over asking. As the seller, they met with us and went over all offers in great detail so we could make an educated decision. Once that was done, we had the house sold 30 days later! What a relief it was to know our Financial investment was protected and cared for my the Brave Group. My husband and I can not say it enough, we couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you so much for being 5 stars from beginning to finish! We are so blessed.
