Sabine Robertson is the Broker/Owner of Sea Haus Realty, a boutique real estate brokerage serving Florida's Emerald Coast from 30A to Destin, including Santa Rosa Beach, 30A, Miramar Beach, Destin, Freeport, and surrounding areas.

Specializing in second homes, relocation, luxury homes, beach properties, vacation homes, and investment real estate, Sabine helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Emerald Coast market with confidence. In 2025, she closed over $21 million in sales volume, a reflection of both her experience and the trust her clients place in her.

Sabine's approach to real estate is simple put the client first, always. Her business is built on referrals and repeat clients who value her honesty, strong negotiation skills, and ability to guide them through every step of the process. With a background in hospitality management and a Master's degree in Education, Sabine brings a unique combination of service, communication, and leadership to her real estate business. She began her career working alongside her mother before opening Sea Haus Realty, where she has created a boutique, relationship-driven experience for her clients.

Sabine is also a recognized leader in the industry. She is a former Global Chair for the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS(R) (ECAR) and currently serves on the Board of Directors for both ECAR and Florida REALTORS(R) (2025). As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) instructor, she helps other agents understand global real estate and works with both domestic and international buyers.

Since 2025, she works alongside her daughter, Christine, combining modern marketing, video, and social media strategies with a high-touch, personalized approach. Together, they offer a seamless experience for clients relocating to or investing along the Emerald Coast.
