Sea Haus Realty

Sabine is not only my realtor but my friend whom I work along side for a few years. I saw first hand how dedicated she is to her clients. She is always professional and her knowledge of the business is outstanding. She has in the past year brought on board her daughter Christine. Now you get double the knowledge and experience! I would highly recommend Sea Haus Realty!

I worked with Sabine and Sea Haus Realty to sell my Mom's house that was passed down to me. The house needed some repairs, and updating. I couldn't afford most updates, but Sabine helped me get the repairs done, and also gave me great guidance on what to have done before putting the house up for sale. Her experience was obvious, and made it easy for me to trust her, and follow her advice. She also went way beyond her call of duty to help me with things since I live 1,000 miles away in Pennsylvania. We were blessed to get a working offer less than 2 weeks after putting it on the market. It took a lot of negotiations, but with Sabine's help the house closed in less than 3 weeks. Sabine communicated with me constantly and always quickly returned my calls and texts. I cannot give a higher recommendation for someone to help with buying or selling a house.

My wife and I live in Ohio and have been renting houses in Watercolor for 8 years and finally decided to buy. We got hooked up with a realtor and didnt get anywhere. We found Sabine on the internet and had a good conversation on the phone and planned a two day trip to look at homes in the 30a area. We ended up making an offer on a house that weekend. We feel very fortunate that we were able to work with Sabine and Christine. They did an exceptional job. They demonstrated a very high level of professionalism, were very easy to work with and made the aEURoehard thingsaEUR? easy! We give them 5 stars and our very strong recommendation. Jeff and Kelly

Sabine with Sea Haus Realty was terrific. Very professional, efficient, honest and very successful closing two of our properties within a day of each other. Our house and lot next door sold in two different transactions within 6 weeks of listing. Sabine and Christine worked hard with multiple open houses, professional advertising, and handled all the closing details making this a relatively stress free transaction. Experienced, confident and this agency knows the market very well. Would use again and again, highly recommend and pleased to accord my unqualified endorsement.

Sabine is the best!! Shes super knowledgeable, very professional and kind! When I thought a deal was dead, she kept pushing and got the deal done!! Buying or selling- if you are looking for someone to get it done, shes the one!!
