We were told he was "the best." A little background...we've moved a lot - mostly corporate relocations, so have worked with realtors in many metropolitan areas. We wanted to find our "forever house" as we were ready to settle back in the area permanently. We chose him as well to sell our rental and then help us buy our next investment property - this was the best decision we made. Roy' work ethic and dedication to his clients is by far the best I've seen, and the same goes for his fantastic team who helped with prepping the home for sale - listed the top priority things that needed to be fixed and helped with scheduling the many folks coming into fix and stage the house. End result was a quick sale above asking. Once this was complete, he helped with identifying, advising, and helping shortlist the potential properties to buy.
