My property had sentimental value and was a tough property to sell due to physical characteristics. Jesse was the voice of reason who kept me sane throughout the process. He helped me make informed decisions and looked out for my interests every step of the way. He knew the tricks of the trade to bring traffic to my listing and prospective buyers through the door. Every step of the way he leveraged his industry knowledge to advance my position. Jesse's prowess really shined during negotiations. I highly recommend Jesse whether buying or selling.

I cannot recommend Jesse Aspuria enough. My partner and I knew we wanted to look for our first home to buy at the start of this summer, but didnt even know where to start. A coworker recommended Jesse to us and from the very first meeting, he made us feel comfortable, informed, and like we were in very good hands. Jesse is incredibly knowledgeable, but never comes across as arrogant or condescending. He is thoughtful, kind, and one of the hardest working people Ive ever had the privilege to work with. My partner and I were lucky enough to find our dream home very early on in the search, but Jesse never made us feel rushed or pressured us to move on anything too fast. When we were interested in something, though, he did everything possible to make his very busy schedule bend around ours. He was an excellent communicator, always keeping us updated and informed, and when it came time to put in our offer, he stayed up with us late into the night on a Sunday to make sure we got the house. We even had to compete against an all-cash offer and Jesse made it possible for us to still come out on top, ensuring a 15-day close by working closely with my mortgage lender. Everything was done quickly and done well. Now that we are homeowners, he is still an incredible resource for recommendations on contractors, connections to local neighbors, communication with the sellers, and more. I feel so privileged to have had such a positive first home buying experience and it would not have been possible without Jesse.
