ZillowVERIFIED Rose made selling our home such a great and a stress free experience. Her transparency, knowledge and communication was key when selling our home. Her response to any question and or concern was always quick and detailed. We put our house on the market and she immediately got to work on showings the very next weekend. We had a lot of interested buyers and received an amazing amount of great offers. Going through all the offers Rose was very helpful in breaking down each offer to us and resulted in us accepting the best offer well above listing price. Selling our home was made so enjoyable and it was all thanks to Rose. She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Rose Lupercio represented both buyer and seller in this complicated probate property sale. She worked tirelessly to assist our family in the sale in every way possible. We do not live in California and Rose had many resources available to assist us in maintaining the property and helping us with the many aspects of preparing it for sale. She is very professional, courteous, helpful, and always apprised of exactly where things stand in the process. We trusted her judgement across the board in all areas. She is extremely responsive to any communication sent her. I highly recommend Rose Lupercio to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Rose is a pro at what she does. She takes the time to really get to know exactly what you are looking for and I appreciate that so as to not waste my time or hers. I listed my condo for sale and purchased another home consecutively, which is not an easy thing to do. She was right on the money timing wise. She really helped to ease the stress by telling me what would happen every step of the way! She is very professional, trustworthy and ethical. Those qualities are hard to find these days. I fell and broke my wrist during this process and she even came for the day to assist me with packing!!! Now that is going over and beyond the call of a real estate agent. I am so impressed with her people skills that I would never use anyone else and have sent out recommendations to use her services. BRAVO TO YOU ROSE!!

ZillowVERIFIED When Rose heard how far away we were looking to move from her home office, she didnt hesitate to help. It was over an hour drive each way and she met us every weekend for two months while we looked for our forever home. She looked out for our best interest and made sure to let us know which houses had Mello Roos and solar panels being leased. Rose was so extremely patient with us and her professionalism was amazing. Her response time for all my crazy questions was remarkable. I couldnt imagine going through this process with anyone else. Thank you so much for everything you did for us and finding a place for us to call home. ??

ZillowVERIFIED Rose listed our home and we were under contract within a week and closed in less than 30 days. There was a corporation involved with the sale which created some complications, but Rose persisted and followed-up and we were still able to close on time. Rose is the most responsive real estate agent I have ever encountered. Every time I had a question she immediately responded and that is very much appreciated. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. I highly recommend Rose Lupercio.

ZillowVERIFIED Rose is amazing! Words cant express how blessed we are to have met her. Not only did she help us find our first home when we got married, she helped us sell a home and upgrade to our forever home. We have found her to not only be a great knowledgeable realtor with tons of experience but also a great person who I now would call a friend. We first called her in 2007 with way to many questions but she was patient, helpful and gave her honest opinion. She always kept us updated on what was going on throughout each process and we never once felt uncomfortable or pressured. She has kept in contact with us through the years and we are so happy she was apart of the best decision we have ever made for our family. We both highly recommend Rose Lupercio. Again, she is an amazing realtor who knows what she is doing. We couldnt be happier with how easy the process was buying two homes as well as selling one. She truly loves what she does and it shows. Cheers to you Rose!

ZillowVERIFIED Rose was fabulous. She helped us sell our father's home, and thanks to her guidance and expertise we sold it for even more than it was listed. Her quick response to our questions and her compassion (it was a childhood home and difficult for us to say goodbye) made the whole process as stress-free as selling a house could possibly be. She represented us 100%. I would highly recommend Rose to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Rose Lupercio is truly a great realtor. She helped me find and purchase the perfect home in March of 2013. It was her energy, knowledge of the real estate markets and in-depth knowledge of the San Dimas / Glendora areas that made the difference between her and other realtors. She is very responsive and easy to work with.As a side note, she also introduced me to a local bank (Providence Bank) for a mortgage loan which turned out to have lowest fees along with excellent. Thank you Rose! I love my home!
