Rich helped me narrow the field quickly (most condos inSeattle do not allow STR) and start checking out properties. He is easy to communicate with - responds promptly and accurately for anything I needed. This was essential when trying to buy during a time of rapidly rising interest rates.After closing , Rich went above and beyond in dealing with a problem from the previous owner. They did not stop their STR account and failed to disclose this. I had a stream of guests arriving shortly after closing - time that I planned on using for updates. While the income stream from taking over the account was nice, it was a major wrench in my game plan. Rich did everything possible to help smooth over multiple issues, including furniture delivery and internet access. I would recommend him to anyone in the Seattle area.

During the year that it took to effect the sale Richard never gave up and even helped us with tax issues. He performed well beyond our expectations. I put an offer on a house that upon inspection turned out to be a lemon. Of course I had become attached to the place even though one is not supposed to and Rich had no problem talking me OUT of the sale. He knew it would have been a bad decision for me, and said he didn't want to sell it to me. Later we found an even better home and I couldn't be happier.
