Rich Buchanan

Rich earned his real estate license in 2006 in Denver, CO. He specialized in distressed properties and worked with banks, asset managers and investors on short sales and bank-owned properties.

Rich moved to Seattle in 2008 and has expanded his services to include working with residential homebuyers and sellers as well as investors.

Rich goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are taken care of and feel comfortable throughout the process. He listens to his clients' needs in order to determine what is important to them to ensure they are satisfied.
