Rich earned his real estate license in 2006 in Denver, CO. He specialized in distressed properties and worked with banks, asset managers and investors on short sales and bank-owned properties. Rich moved to Seattle in 2008 and has expanded his services to include working with residential homebuyers and sellers as well as investors.
