Rich earned his real estate license in 2006 in Denver, CO. He specialized in distressed properties and worked with banks, asset managers and investors on short sales and bank-owned properties. Rich moved to Seattle in 2008 and has expanded his services to include working with residential homebuyers and sellers as well as investors. Rich goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are taken care of and feel comfortable throughout the process. Rich was great for the sale of my mom's house. We will definitely use him again for a future sale. He was thorough, accurate (with pricing) and thoughtful with staging. He often went the extra mile by identifying and scheduling contractors; and when we were out of town he met contractors and gave them access to the house.
