ZillowVERIFIEDScheduled a tour to see the home and there was three couples waiting to see the home as well. He had scheduled everybody to view the property at the same time. He also did not even show up! I had called the number he put on the email and a lady answered and did not even provide any information on the property manager. Super unprofessional, we will not be looking for properties with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Reed listed a house we refurbished in North Richmond. Prior to closing on a sale that Reed had brought to us we discovered that we had a title problem with the property. Reed stayed with us throughout the 18 months it took to clear the title and procured a tenant for the property in spite of the title issue. That tenant subsequently bought the house at the original list price after the title was cleared.

He was assigned to me via on online real estate site and though a friend had given me the name of another agent I was planning to call, after speaking with Reed I decided to go with him instead. What impressed me from the get go was his knowledge of the entire Richmond area. Because I was searching for a type of property rather than a specific area, I needed someone who was comfortable with more than just Richmond Proper. I also loved his flexibility. He is definitely dedicated to his work and with few exceptions was always willing to accommodate. I try to give well rounded reviews but I honestly can't really think of anything negative to say. There were some bumps in the road but none were his doing. In fact, he went WAY above and beyond to help make things work with all the inspections and such at the end. He was always on time and always professional. He has a great personality too which is nice. I would and have sang his praises to all who will listen. He truly was wonderful to work with. No matter what your real estate need is, you can't go wrong with Reed Wilson.

ZillowVERIFIED If ten stars were an option, Reed would get them! We had a complicated situation of combining two houses (one was still for sale in another state) and needing to be within the school district. Houses in our area do not stay on the market long - so we often called on each other to see listings quickly. Reed was super patient - willing to take us looking while knowing that we had to sell our house first. As an added bonus - he was dealing with two 40-somethings with many space requirements for our combined 'stuff.' Reed never blinked an eye - always generous with his time and thoughts. We were so lucky to have found him and continue to send him updates on the house we landed in. This was the one and he knew it!
