When we bought our house the selling agent was a real joke, but she hounded him and made sure all the paperwork was in order. She is not the type that will go on and on about the character of different neighborhoods, so she's great when you more or less know what you want. She's also good at seeing potential and talking through options. The market was insanely hot here in San Diego with many of the houses we bid getting multiple offers within hours of listing. Rayna always stayed positive and it was on to the next. We eventually found an amazing home and beat out the competition in the bidding war and it was so worth it!
